Participants experiencing a financial hardship may request a waiver for reduction of registration fees. The purpose of this program is to promote and ensure equal and active participation in the Stonewall Sports Charlotte league. Please read and understand all details prior to submitting.
Players if willing and able to do so, may donate in increments of $5, $10, or $20 to assist other players experiencing a financial hardship participate in our sport leagues. Every dollar given to this program is used for this program and does not go towards any other costs associated with Stonewall Sports Charlotte.

Participants experiencing a financial hardship may request a waiver for a reduction of registration fees. The purpose of this program is to promote and ensure equal and active participation in the Stonewall Sports Charlotte league. Please see below for additional details:
- Applications will be accepted prior to registration opening through early registration ONLY
- Form must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the sport’s early registration deadline
- The program is effective and open to all new or returning Stonewall Charlotte players
- Applicants may seek a 50% or 100% reduction in fees or may choose to pay for their shirt
- Applicants will only be granted a maximum 50% reduction for bowling and pickleball
- One waiver permitted per season per player
- Maximum of two waivers per year per participant
- Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served, individual basis
- Discounts will be allocated based on available funds per season
- Requests will be reviewed within seventy-two hours of submission
