Stonewall Sports Charlotte: Pickleball League
In Spring 2023, Stonewall Sports Charlotte launched Pickleball as its seventh official sports league. The inaugural season played on Wednesday nights and consisted of a seven-week season. In its first season, all 60 available registration spots filled in less than 48 hours! With the success in its first season and fantastic feedback from our valued players, we made a few adjustments and added a fall season to the sport. Our Pickleball league is a laid back, reasonable cost, no equipment needed sport with 2 divisions for different skill levels, and connects all demographics from all age ranges!
Season Format: 8 Weeks
Date/Time: Wednesdays 7:30 – 9:30 pm
Team/Group Size: This will be an individual, social, ladder league. All players will register as Free Agents, and games will be played as doubles with each player rotating play among a different group each week. If you score a lot of points, you move up the ladder.
Seasons:
Spring – Registration Begins February 5th. Season is played in March and April.
Summer – Registration begins May 6th. Season is played in June and July.
Fall – Registration Begins July 22nd. Season is played in September and October.

Fundraising: Winning players in each division will also be given the opportunity to pick one of this year’s chosen charities to receive a donation at the end of the season.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Stonewall Sports Charlotte, Inc. has zero tolerance of any bullying or harassment of any kind and for any reason of any player, captain, referee, official, participant, sponsor, director, officer or spectator. Harassment can be verbal, physical or visual, and includes all unwelcome conduct that affects someone else. The Stonewall Sports Charlotte Board of Directors has an open-door policy and welcomes you to report any conduct by any player, captain, referee, official, participant, sponsor, director, officer, or spectator that makes you feel uncomfortable. The Board of Directors takes all allegations and reports seriously and will thoroughly investigate all claims, and if warranted, will take all appropriate action.
Rules
Current league shirts must be worn at all times when playing, players will not be allowed to participate without their league shirt.
