Stonewall Sports – National Organization
Stonewall Sports is a community-based, nonprofit sports organization for LGBTQIA+ people and their allies. Stonewall Sports Charlotte is an expansion of this national organization. Many other cities across the United States have chapters in them, providing a variety of sporting options to their players.

Charlotte Pride FC
Charlotte Pride FC is an inclusive, recreational soccer club for LGBTQ+ players and allies of all abilities. With year-round self-organized leagues, social gatherings, travel tournaments, and community outreach, we are a welcoming space where competition is fun and connection comes first.
Charlotte Rainbowlers
We are a LGBTQ+ and LGBTQ+ friendly bowling league. Although we do have prizes at the end of the season, we are here for friendship, sportsmanship, and the fun of bowling. We are part of the IGBO (International Gay Bowling Organization) and USBC (United State Bowling Congress).
Charlotte Roller Derby
Charlotte Roller Derby (CLTRD) is a skater-owned and operated nonprofit sports organization comprised of people from all walks of life. Formed to promote the sport of roller derby and enrich the Charlotte community, the league, and it’s members donate time and a portion of bout proceeds to local charitable causes.
Charlotte Royals Rugby
We are a local rugby team, founded in 2004. We are classified as a 501(c)(3) non-profit and work to promote rugby, fitness, community, and inclusivity for LGBTQIA+ and allies. We play in the IGR (International Gay Rugby) league, traveling to play teams year-round.
